Restorative or gentle yoga is a style of yoga designed to relax and restore the body, mind, and spirit. Restorative yoga is a slower, more restful, more passive approach to yoga that’s meant to decrease muscle tension, create space in the body, and alleviate stress. In a restorative yoga class, you will hold postures for longer than a vinyasa yoga class often supported by props such as: blankets or towels, yoga blocks, pillows or bolsters, straps and eye pillows, in addition to your yoga mat.

Warriors at Ease Classes are for the active military community and for veterans. They are usually offered at military bases or Veteran Centers.
