Online classes will be via Zoom.
In-person One-on-One classes will be in my studio or at your location.
If a video is posted on my webpage, you will be able to watch it on your phone and/or your laptop/desktop.
Classes are in English or Spanish.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Avoid wearing anything too tight or restrictive.
Bring a yoga mat and a towel. If you have any props, such as blocks or a strap, you can bring those as well.
That’s perfectly fine! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Just let me know that you’re new to yoga and I will be happy to modify the poses as needed.
